Course Description

World-Class Presentations is an intensive course which will arm each participant with the tools
and “tricks-of-the-trade” necessary to give a polished and effective presentation.

Target Audience


All managers, salespeople, engineers and other employees who need to make presentations
or hold meetings with clients, colleagues and other international partners.

Objectives

Participants will learn to:


• organize persuasive and descriptive presentations
• control their audience
• use gestures to energize their talks
• use whiteboards, flip charts, and overheads effectively
• design visuals for maximum impact
• handle question and answer sessions
• develop and project a professional, business image

Method

Participants will design their own oral/visual presentations and then present them to their colleagues. These sessions will be videotaped, allowing each participant to monitor his/her progress throughout
the program. A unique system of "auto-video feedback" is used to foster a positive atmosphere
of cooperation and mutual support, while giving each individual incisive feedback in a completely
non-threatening manner.
